We back our estimate with an up-to-date market report and a lot of transparently communicated background information for you to understand where we are coming from and how we got to the value estimate. The valuation process consists of three steps: 1. We provide you with a detailed market analysis and a fairly rough estimate based on the basic information you provide about your property. 2. We schedule an in person valuation appointment with you where we get to know you, your situation as well as your property better. 3. Based on all the information we then develop a more precise second valuation and your personal marketing strategy.
